Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the rapid growth of our retail stores and leadership teams. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every hire helps drive company success.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail associates, store managers, and leadership positions.
Coordinate and host virtual/onsite hiring events to attract talent at scale.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting to leadership.
Represent Luna Wireless with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (retail or sales industry preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
Self-motivated with a passion for people, growth, and team success.
