Compressor Disassembler

What you will do: As an employee-owner, you'll report to the Production Supervisor. You will perform the disassembling of major components and perform minor machine set-ups, general maintenance, and area housekeeping. You will make decisions determining the quality of the products and services being offered. Physical effort requirements consist of regular lifting, pushing and pulling material.
  • Remove component parts for testing and cleaning.
  • Coordinate duties with disassembly team.
  • Use Air and Hand tools.
  • Participate in the processes of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being an owner of the company.
  • Required to follow safety standards. Required to wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
  • Work attendance must be exemplary.
------ We work Monday thru Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm with potential overtime on Friday
