This entry-level HVAC technician position earns a competitive wage of $21.00/hour ($17 an hour during probationary period before increasing to $21 once fully trained), depending on experience and qualifications. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
As an entry-level HVAC Maintenance Technician, you are ready to jumpstart a fulfilling career in this essential industry Working alongside our more experienced technicians, you learn the ins and outs of the HVAC trade while offering vital support to your team. You closely observe our techs as they work, and you help them clean and tune up various heating and air conditioning systems. Having completed training and successfully passing the EPA test, you are now independently running maintenance calls.
You clean and inspect customers' AC and Heating systems as trained. Always positive and friendly, you also speak with customers about their systems, demonstrating how to properly use them and thoroughly answering any questions. You take pride in being a great team player and enjoy learning this valuable skilled trade
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Drive to succeed and eagerness to learn

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
This skilled trade position typically works Monday - Friday, 40 hours plus overtime
