Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Front-End Developer with a strong focus on mobile development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in creating cross-platform mobile applications and contemporary web interfaces. You will play a crucial role in delivering clean, responsive, and user-friendly experiences across various devices. This position is centered around front-end and mobile technologies, requiring close collaboration with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and U.S.-based developers to craft top-notch applications that contribute to Smartbridge's digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive mobile-first development: Create and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI or Xamarin.
• Build modern web UI: Develop engaging, responsive front-ends utilizing React or Angular with TypeScript.
• Implement UI/UX strategies: Collaborate closely with designers to turn mockups into functional, intuitive user experiences.
• Create reusable components: Develop modular, reusable UI elements that ensure consistency across both mobile and web platforms.
• Optimize performance: Ensure applications are high-performing, responsive, and accessible on various devices and browsers.
• Conduct quality assurance: Write maintainable code with proper versioning, participate in code reviews, and work on UI testing collaboratively.
• Collaborate as a team: Work directly with our U.S.-based team to align deliverables, track project progress, and assist in production releases.
• Document processes: Maintain clear documentation of front-end development processes, component libraries, and style guidelines.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in front-end and mobile development.
• Demonstrated proficiency in building cross-platform mobile applications with .NET MAUI or Xamarin.
• Strong skills in React or Angular with TypeScript.
• In-depth knowledge of responsive design, state management, and UI performance optimization.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio / VS Code, Git, and front-end build tools (npm, Vite, or Webpack).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in remote, distributed teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Azure cloud services for app hosting or configuration.
• Familiarity with unit/UI testing methodologies.
• Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and internationalization.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, .NET Developer) or equivalents.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Life Science, or Food & Beverage industries.

Additional Information

• This is a remote position requiring overlap with U.S. business hours, at least until Noon CST for meetings and collaboration.
• The role includes a 3-month probation period during which reliability, communication, and performance will be evaluated.
• Candidates will need to complete any assigned training or certification during the probation period.
