Your role as the Case Manager involves vital clinical care coordination throughout the patient's treatment process within Research Psychiatric Center's healthcare system. You will engage in discharge planning, continued stay review, case management, benefits management, and denial/appeal management, ensuring the delivery of age-appropriate care to patients ranging from adolescents to seniors.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
