About the Team
At Nutanix, you'll be joining the Professional Services team, a vibrant and diverse group of talented professionals located across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. This dynamic team collaborates closely with one another and our customers to implement and optimize Nutanix solutions. We pride ourselves on our unique culture that emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Together, we ensure our customers can maximize the benefits of both Nutanix and VMware technologies, providing the technical expertise, guidance, and support they need for success and satisfaction.
You will report to the Director of Professional Services, who is committed to fostering an inclusive and empowering work environment that encourages professional growth. The work setup for this position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and a strong work-life balance. While you'll primarily work from home, be prepared for up to 30% travel to engage with clients and other team members when needed. Your Role

Drive innovative architectural solutions by assessing customer needs and aligning them with Nutanix capabilities.

Foster enduring relationships with clients, ensuring a "Client for Life" mentality through exceptional service and support.

Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address critical business objectives, providing a clear vision of solution benefits.

Lead presales workshops and strategic engagements to educate clients on product offerings and integration strategies.

Oversee project scope and execution, ensuring smooth delivery of proof of concepts and large-scale initiatives.

Support RFP responses by coordinating strategic insights and providing accurate Level of Effort (LOE) assessments.

Achieve targeted billable and pre-sales utilization rates while contributing to practice development and strategic initiatives.

Set first-year goals to expand client engagement, drive adoption of Nutanix solutions, and influence key strategic deals.
What You Will Bring

Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud architectures and virtualization technologies , particularly in solutions offered by Nutanix.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design/architect tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for developing lasting client relationships and leading workshops.

Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects effectively and deliver results within deadlines.

Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure, including networking, storage, and security .

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Strong understanding of business objectives and how technology can drive organizational success.

VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) certification is required, along with the capability and willingness to obtain the Nutanix Platform Expert (NPX) certification .
Work Arrangement
Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 128,000 and USD $ 217,200 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
