CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for an IT Network Analyst II.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Charlotte, NC

Pay Rate: Based on experience

Work Hours: M–F, 8am–5pm

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement)

Description

We are seeking an IT Network Analyst II with hands-on experience in Cisco and Arista networks. The role includes device configuration, troubleshooting, network monitoring, and documentation in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and Arista devices

• Perform basic network setups (routing, VLANs, interfaces)

• Maintain SolarWinds network monitoring and ServiceNow CMDB

• Support network deployments and upgrades

• Keep network diagrams and documentation up to date

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree

Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years in Cisco IOS and Arista EOS

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching

• Experience with SolarWinds and ServiceNow CMDB

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA or equivalent certification

• Experience with Python or Ansible automation

• Knowledge of network security principles
