We are seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Systems Specialist to be a vital part of our People Systems team. In this role, you will maximize the effectiveness of our talent acquisition technology stack, particularly with Ashby and Greenhouse, ensuring they drive operational excellence and data-driven decision-making throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities:

  • ATS Optimization & Administration: Act as the subject matter expert and system administrator for Ashby and Greenhouse, overseeing configurations, workflows, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • TA Systems Strategy: Collaborate with TA leaders and IT to identify enhancements for talent systems that align with strategic and operational goals.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze TA processes to boost recruiter productivity and enhance candidate experiences. Support the rollout of new features across platforms.
  • TA Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations while managing audits and best practices for candidate data.
  • User Enablement & Training: Create training programs, onboarding sessions, and documentation to promote user adoption and system proficiency.
  • Evaluation & Implementation: Assess new systems, lead pilots, and ensure alignment with business needs while evaluating AI-driven recruitment solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with Ashby ATS.
  • 6+ years of experience as an analyst, administrator, or technical lead directly related to talent acquisition systems, including Ashby and Greenhouse.
  • Comprehensive understanding of modern recruiting processes and systems.
  • Experience with systems integration and data flow mapping across TA and HR tools.
  • Strong project management skills, managing TA technical projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical discussions.
  • Commitment to accuracy, data privacy, and ethical information handling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting or migrating between major ATS platforms.
  • Familiarity with additional TA technologies (sourcing, scheduling, onboarding).
  • Experience in change management and technology adoption within recruiting.
