Our client seeks an Core Java Developer for a 12 Months project in NYC, NY .Below is the detailed requirement

Job Title: Core Java Developer

Work location : NYC, NY

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 8+ Minimum Experience
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
  • Experience in software development of Micro services with Java, Spring Boot, Python
  • Hands-on experience with database programming to design and build enterprise-scale and high-volume Oracle data processing applications using packages, procedures, triggers, PL/SQL, Java Stored Procedures
  • Knowledge of Restful Web Services, WebSockets/JSON
  • Agile Development experience with SCRUM or similar methodologies
  • Advanced in one or more programming language(s)
  • Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
  • Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
  • Practical cloud native experience
  • Specific attributes such as AWS, Cassandra, Kafka, REST, Terraform, Spring Boot, JMeter, Load Runner, and Dynatrace can be considered as bonuses or nice to have, but not hard requirements
