With a focus on curiosity and creativity, we're looking for a Lead SailPoint Engineer to play a vital role in driving our Identity Access Management initiatives.

As a SailPoint Engineer, you will:

  • Identify automation opportunities, explore new tools, and implement technologies that deliver value.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project status and progress.
  • Oversee the rollout and onboarding of new applications.
  • Ensure the delivery of software components that align with functional specifications and product requirements.
  • Automate component and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with tech leads for integrated end-to-end design and delivery.
  • Utilize secure coding practices in all implementations.
  • Experiment with new open source technologies and frameworks to solve business challenges.
  • Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incident-related issues.
  • Support operational efforts with change and incident management processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java or Python.
  • 4+ years experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • 4+ years troubleshooting IGA rules, workflows, and customizations.
  • 4+ years writing SQL queries in relational databases.
  • 4+ years troubleshooting end-user issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years supporting Java and SailPoint applications.
  • 4+ years with Role Based Access Controls (RBAC).
  • 4+ years troubleshooting access certification issues.
  • 3+ years with NetIQ and Cyber Security domain, specifically IAM.
  • 2+ years experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Familiarity with various APIs including SCIM, REST, and SOAP.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and web technologies such as Java or Bean Shell, JavaScript, SPML or SOAP, JSF.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • AWS Certification.

Salary ranges for this role:

  • Chicago, IL: $175,800 - $200,700
  • McLean, VA: $193,400 - $220,700
  • Plano, TX: $175,800 - $200,700
  • Richmond, VA: $175,800 - $200,700
