We are currently seeking drivers for vans, SUVs, and school buses. No CDL? No problem We offer PAID training to help you obtain your CDL so you can kickstart your driving career
What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Morning and afternoon split-shifts available
- Guaranteed Hours: Work between 25-30 hours per week
- PAID CDL Permit Training: Get your CDL with our training support
- $5000 Sign-on Bonus: For fully licensed NY CDL drivers with A, B, or C licenses with P & S endorsements
- Starting Pay Rate for Van Drivers: $24.37 (valid CDL A, B, or C with P and S endorsements required)

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a school bus or van to transport students to and from school
- Monitor traffic, road conditions, and student behavior to ensure a safe journey
- Adhere to federal, state, and local traffic laws as well as district requirements and standards
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience
- Possess a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses, or a Class C with P & S endorsements for vans (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Non-CDL drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and complete CDL permit training
