  • Shift: 2nd (Evening)
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Pay Range: $26.10 - $39.15
  • Location: Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 eligibility for distance-based relocation and $2,000 for PM shifts

Your Role:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient surgical area.
  • Utilize aseptic techniques and assist in preparing surgical materials.
  • Ensure the operating room is ready for each procedure including necessary equipment.
  • Assist surgeons by anticipating their needs during procedures.
  • Transport patients and maintain specialty carts to ensure equipment availability.

What We Look For:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (to be obtained within 6 months).
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
