About the Role

We are seeking a Network & Network Security Compliance Engineer to help maintain secure, compliant, and resilient network environments. This role focuses on monitoring, assessing, and remediating risks within enterprise network and security platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational reliability.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in networking and cybersecurity with a deep understanding of risk identification, remediation, and automation. You will play a vital role in implementing compliance controls, analyzing vulnerabilities, and developing solutions that reduce enterprise risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, document, and design solutions for network and network security platforms.
  • Maintain and optimize secure systems, applications, and infrastructure to meet compliance standards.
  • Identify and remediate risks through automation, metrics tracking, and technology improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to reduce RSK, VIT, and CTR metrics.
  • Manage, escalate, and report risk or customer-impacting issues to management in real time.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and follow up on security scan findings.
  • Support identity management, network monitoring, and policy enforcement.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks such as PCI and other relevant compliance standards.
  • Develop process improvements and maintain documentation for audits and reporting.
Technical Skills
  • Network Fundamentals: OSI Model / CCNA or equivalent
  • Network Security: Firewall, Proxy, SIEM, IDPS, VPN technologies
  • Operating Systems: Windows, UNIX, macOS
  • Automation Tools: Ansible, Git, Python, YAML
  • Vulnerability Management: Regular scan follow-up and remediation tracking
  • Identity Management & Access Control
  • Regulatory Compliance: PCI and Security Policy Management

Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Network Security Engineering.
