Experienced Maintenance Technicians Needed The Maintenance Technician performs general repairs and maintenance within the apartments. The Maintenance Technician also prepares units for rental and any other task assigned to meet property standards. If you are interested, apply with us today Ongoing Opportunities
Candidates MUST have:
* Experience in the apartment industry or strong maintenance skills
* Must have your own tools
* Renovation experience & HVAC certification a huge plus
Pay rates start at $16.00-$17.00 per hour.
Job Requirements
Need 1+ years of maintenance or handyman experience
Must have reliable transportation
Must Pass National Criminal Background Check
Ability to work Temp Assignments that could potentially turn to Perm Positions

I have a BS in agronomy from Fresno State University in California. I developed a passion for human resources while working in the food industry helping in the HR department. I made my full transition into the staffing industry in 1995.
I enjoy riding bicycles, learning yoga, reading self-improvement books and spending time with family and friends.
