Position Responsibilities

  • Review and maintain customer information in Uline systems and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy in customer names, addresses, and demographic details.

  • Consolidate and organize customer accounts per company guidelines, utilizing strong research and problem-solving skills.

  • Verify data accuracy through thorough research and correct any data entry errors.

  • Accurately categorize customers according to Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes.

  • Adhere to departmental standards to determine the appropriate actions for customer accounts.

  • Communicate effectively with customers through email and phone to update and manage account data.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • At least 1 year of office experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
