The Position: We are looking for a highly organized Part-Time Operations Coordinator to assist our swim school in running smoothly. The ideal candidate will excel in scheduling, class creation, and customer service and should be comfortable using applications like Jack Rabbit or other sports scheduling tools. This role is crucial for managing staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that our swim programs operate seamlessly.

Your Typical Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the swim school, including scheduling classes and staff.
• Support the creation and updating of class schedules based on demand and instructor availability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for students and parents.
• Utilize Jack Rabbit or similar scheduling tools for effective class management, scheduling, and communication.
• Assist with staff performance by providing support and coordination as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, contributing to a safe environment for students and staff.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with Jack Rabbit is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service and/or management experience.
• Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is a plus. A specialist aquatics qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Background in an administrative or operations support role, preferably within a swim school or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, class creation, and customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with Jack Rabbit or other organized sports scheduling tools.
• Superior organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage challenging situations with professionalism.

While we teach swimming to individuals of all ages and abilities, our primary focus is on preschool and elementary-aged children. Our instructors should enjoy working with this age group and make parents feel comfortable. Experience with children is helpful, but not required; the right attitude is what matters. Specialized training in our unique British Swim School methodology will be provided.

Exciting roles also exist with our Customer Service Team for those not in the pool. These team members are dedicated to providing the best service in the industry. You’ll engage with parents via phone or in person, all with the goal of making everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family, as we work towards ensuring the 'Survival of the Littlest.'
