We are seeking passionate pediatric hospice social workers to create meaningful experiences for patients and their families. In this role, you will conduct psychosocial evaluations, provide ongoing counseling, facilitate bereavement services, and engage in community education outreach. Working collaboratively in line with the care plan, you will provide essential physical, emotional, and spiritual support at critical times in patients' lives.

Essential Functions
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- A strong desire to serve patients and families, providing top-tier care
- Education: MS degree in social work from an accredited institution recognized by the Council of Social Work Education
- Licensure: Current state license as a social worker
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice, preferably within healthcare or hospice settings
- Requirements: Reliable transportation; the ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift at least 25 lbs.
