At Humana, a Lead Enterprise Architect is a seasoned IT professional who is a good listener, strategic thinker and collaborator who is effective at understanding our business strategy and providing pragmatic ways to deliver through technology. This architect plays a crucial role in shaping the technology landscape, driving innovation, and reducing technical debt. Enterprise Architects at Humana not only discuss best practices and strategy, but we also deliver EA products and services which drive the entire organization forward.
What You'll Do:
Develop the Capability Model Experience which provides tools and acceleration for each architect persona.
Network and align with each architecture group on standards and governance.
Define and deliver on our Enterprise Architecture Management System (EAMS) roadmap to meet Objectives and Key Results.
Understand and incorporate key strategy elements from partners and customers.
Unlock our ability to connect business objectives to technology strategy and assets.
Collaborate with architects and senior leaders to define and communicate the enterprise architecture vision, prioritize features and deliver all the goodness that comes with a world-class EAMS implementation.
Use your skills to make an impact
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with at least 10 years of IT experience.

five years' experience in a role with enterprise impact such as application, domain, or security architecture, ready to navigate complex ecosystems and drive technical consensus.
Preferred Qualifications

Enterprise Architecture Framework Certifications

Experience leveraging 1 or more Enterprise Architecture Management Systems

Additional Information
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$142,300 - $195,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
