Good to have - Terraform, Azure Bot Service, Cognitive Services, PowerBI, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen1/Gen2, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Cosmos DB, Azure Blob Storage
Good to have - Having an experience working in healthcare

Must Have - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification.
