If your answer is YES, we would love for you to join our incredible team. We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Audit Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring our inventory operations run seamlessly.

- Conduct independent audits, including adjustments in our 3PL system
- Research and verify data related to out-of-stock (OOS) items
- Perform and record accurate counts for hard counts and transfers
- Enter and manage spreadsheet formulas and data for various inventory projects
- Collaborate with the Lead Auditor on:
- Special projects, such as store closures or discontinued items
- Palletizing products for transfer
- Implementing new procedures and processes
- Attend team meetings and maintain open communication with team members
- Forklift Certification (required)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, filters, linking cells, graphs, charts)
- Strong mathematical skills and data accuracy
- Ability to:
- Conduct independent audits and verify data
- Spot errors and organize data effectively
- Create spreadsheets tailored to functional requirements
- Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members
- Experience with or willingness to learn inventory management systems
- Physical capabilities to:
- Bend, stretch, climb, and stand/sit for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Punctuality and reliability
- Effective time management
- Commitment to high-quality work standards
- Flexibility to juggle multiple tasks
- A professional, courteous attitude
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- The ability to handle challenges with grace
- Salary: 22.00 to 28.00 dollars per hour
- Schedule: In-person, 5 days a week
- Weekend availability needed
