Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs, and supporting the team with bilingual communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the success of a high-performing, community-oriented State Farm agency.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and claims.
  • Support the agent in reaching out to potential clients and helping them navigate their insurance options.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and assist with their ongoing insurance needs.
  • Help with marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives.
  • Provide information on Auto, Home, Condo, Renters, and Business Insurance products to clients.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled promptly, professionally, and with a high level of care.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Previous customer service or insurance experience is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary State Farm licensing (if not already licensed).
