Job Description:

  • You will be responsible for understanding how core marketing programs and tools are being used globally and what capabilities are needed to meet customers and marketers needs.

  • With that insight and your demonstrated ability to clearly communicate business requirements with Product leadership you will influence the future of your products and align global teams on common goals to lead a unified product solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Ads Incentives Marketing team to gather business requirements for MarTech solutions.

  • Lead and collaborate on the creation of relevant Marketing documentation to effectively communicate with PM/Eng and influence product roadmap.

  • Manage and track roadmap, operational plan, and operational cadence to ensure cross functional alignment.

  • Plan and execute launch of new MarTech solutions and effectively communicate changes to Product Marketing Managers.

Experience:

  • 7+ Years of relevant experience

  • Written Communication, Organizational Skills, Analytical Thinking, Stakeholder Management, Verbal Communication.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree.
