Warehouse Administrator

Warehouse Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating the administrative tasks within a warehouse environment. He/She ensures accurate inventory records, process shipments, handle documentation, and support the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and updates in the inventory management system.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company protocols.
- Support the team in tracking product movement within the warehouse and ensuring optimal storage practices.
- Help coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to facilitate timely deliveries.
- Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related fields.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Good moral character.
- Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
