Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to ensure seamless integration and functionality across Salesforce products. Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and define scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Design data models, application components, user interfaces, and integration architecture across systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and admins.
  • Define and enforce Salesforce best practices in configuration, customization, integration, and deployment.
  • Create and maintain architectural documentation including data flows, process flows, and solution architecture diagrams.
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and AppExchange products where appropriate.
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and recommend relevant features for adoption.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with 3+ years in an architectural role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, custom development ( Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components), and integrations ( REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Experience with at least two Salesforce clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing.
  • Proficient in Salesforce security models, data models, and enterprise integrations.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect , System Architect , or Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred or in progress).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Copado, Jenkins, Git).
  • Exposure to industry-specific solutions like Vlocity/OmniStudio (a plus).
  • Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.
