Our Urbana location is looking for an experienced service advisor.

The Service Advisor will provide estimated cost of suggested automotive repairs and scheduled routine maintenance to customers by performing the following:
  • Greets customer and schedules appointments
  • Compiles customer concerns and comments
  • Gathers customer and vehicle information
  • Advises customer of necessary service for routine maintenance
  • Communicates concerns with technicians to help diagnose issues
  • Prepares estimated cost of repair by itemized work order, listing costs of parts and labor
  • Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimate: answers questions and concerns: obtains customer authorization to proceed
  • Arranges for towing service and shuttle transportation
  • Maintains customer automotive repair records
  • Performs opening and closing responsibilities
  • Maintains a clean, organized and professional work area
  • Maintains a clean and organized customer area
