Mecklenburg County IT Services (ITS) is seeking an Endpoint MDM Deployment Contractor to support the County's Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) team. The contractor will play a critical role in the County's Evergreen Refresh initiative, ensuring secure, efficient, and seamless deployment of mobile devices to County end users. This individual will also serve as the first line of support for County-issued mobile devices.

REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS Skills Required/
Desired Experience Hands-on experience with mobile device deployment and configuration, including iOS platforms. Required 3 Years Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or similar). Required 3 Years bility to provide effective end-user support with strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills. Required 3 Years Strong organizational skills for managing device scheduling, tracking, and handoffs. Required 3 Years bility to work collaboratively in a team environment while providing excellent customer service. Required 3 Years Strong attention to detail and commitment to IT security practices.
