Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Operations: Oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift, managing staff, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service, nurturing a positive work environment where every member feels valued.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers, take orders, and ensure they have a memorable dining experience. Tackle any concerns swiftly and professionally.
  • Food Safety Standards: Uphold high food safety standards by monitoring food preparation, storage, and handling practices.
  • Cash Management: Efficiently manage cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, reorder supplies as necessary, and manage stock rotation to reduce waste.
  • Shift Reporting: Prepare comprehensive shift reports, detailing sales, labor costs, and any incidents that occurred during your shift.
  • Training New Staff: Train and onboard new team members on company policies, procedures, and exceptional customer service techniques.
  • Effective Problem-Solving: Address unexpected challenges, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
  • Promote Specials: Assist in marketing new menu items, deals, and promotions to drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Flexible Schedule: Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food Safety Certification: Preferred but not required (can be obtained on the job).
