Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in the hospitality industry and are passionate about supporting culinary operations.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as required, helping cooks during busy periods.
  • Ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized for optimal workflow.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain health and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations, including catering services, is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to providing excellent hospitality.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is desirable.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
