Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Integration Developer with proven expertise in ServiceNow platform development, integration, and administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex ServiceNow integrations across cloud and enterprise ecosystems to support seamless data flow, automation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high performance and availability.
  • Implement and support ITOM (Discovery, CMDB) integrations across On-Prem and Cloud environments.
  • Build and manage Workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
  • Leverage Integration Hub and Orchestration for process automation and data synchronization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable, secure integration solutions.
  • Support CSDM and CMDB data models to maintain accurate configuration and service mapping.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues with minimal downtime.
Essential Skills:

  • 6-8 years of total experience in ServiceNow platform development and integration.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow integration development.
  • Expertise in building and managing REST/SOAP integrations, data imports, and web services.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow tables, data schema, and relationship models.
  • Experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Orchestration modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience in ITOM (Discovery, CMDB) and CSDM framework.
  • Experience integrating with AWS, Azure, LDAP, and SQL Server environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
  • Familiarity with SSO/SAML authentication and API-based security frameworks.
  • Experience in ServiceNow upgrade projects and maintaining best practices.
  • Exposure to Agile development environments.
