Product Manager

This role focuses on modernizing and scaling promotions capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver large-scale digital projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered:
- Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 5 or more years of experience in banking, financial services, or other relevant fields.
- 3 or more years of experience in product management, analysis, technology, and/or design.
- 3 or more years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to use data analytics, research, and testing methodologies to drive business decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and deliver succinct presentations.
- Previous experience working as a Product Manager for Agile teams.
- Experience with distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
- Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in financial technology.
Key tasks and expectations for the role include:
- Research and analyze target client segments to understand their financial needs.
- Define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value.
- Collaborate with partners to align on strategy and develop a delivery roadmap.
- Write epics and features in support of the defined roadmap.
- Set Planning Increment (PI) vision, priority, and definition.
- Develop feature backlog roadmap and lead high-level deliverables.
- Ensure partner alignment and approvals, including legal, compliance, and security.
- Manage risk and ensure all Product Management Lifecycle (PML) processes are followed.
- Attend Agile ceremonies as applicable.
