About the Role

We're looking for a visionary Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to build and lead our Speech Therapy Department from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive pediatric speech therapy program.
  • Provide evaluations and direct speech-language therapy to children.
  • Collaborate closely with occupational therapists and other clinicians.
  • Mentor and supervise future speech therapy team members.
  • Participate in program planning, family education, and community outreach.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulations.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • CCC-SLP certification and California state license (or eligibility).
  • Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for innovation in pediatric therapy.
