JCW is currently working on behalf of a growing US-based bank that's looking to hire an Audit Project Manager for their growing team. This position will be focused on banking operations, including Deposit Operations, Treasury Management, Retail Banking, Electronic Funds Transfer, Items Processing, Deposit Product Management, Digital Banking, and Regulatory Compliance. The role is fully on?site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team focused on assigned audit, acting as Auditor In Charge, supervising and assigning tasks, reviewing work papers completed by staff, and drafting audit reports.
  • Contact management regarding audit scope, status, and findings.
  • Provide on?the?job training for staff auditors, including feedback and coaching.
  • Prepare and supervise the preparation of work papers that accurately document work performed and support conclusions.
Qualifications
  • Relevant financial services industry knowledge (Deposit Operations, Treasury Management, Retail Banking, Electronic Funds Transfer, Items Processing, Deposit Product Management, Digital Banking, Regulatory Compliance).
  • Prior experience in a regional or large bank is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of related auditing experience.
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize assignments, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Must hold a relevant certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA.
