Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming the delivery of medical equipment and supplies through a leading digital platform. You will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications while collaborating closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams. Accountabilities:Develop and maintain web applications in an agile environment using TDD and pair programming.
Collaborate with product and design teams to shape features and user experiences.
Make key technical decisions related to application architecture, data models, and system design.
Ensure stable, performant, and scalable application stacks.
Deliver high-quality code that supports business goals and operational needs.
Participate in an on-call rotation, addressing critical system issues and improving system reliability and availability.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
