Primary Skills: Marketing Strategy(Advanced), Project Management(Intermediate), Budgeting(Intermediate), Cross-Functional Collaboration(Expert), KPI Analysis(Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12+ Months Location: Remote Pay Range: $35-$40/hr. on W2 Job Description: The Partner Marketing Manager, Systems Integrators (G/SIs) - AMER will play a crucial role in developing and aligning marketing strategies, campaigns, and activities with our G/SI partners to enhance our presence and drive business results in the AMER region. This position involves heavy collaboration across various teams, rigorous focus on results, and managing marketing budgets efficiently. It offers the opportunity to impact multiple business areas and regions significantly, requiring a proactive, results-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute GTM/marketing plans in alignment with our G/SI ecosystem partners in AMER, ensuring KPI alignment and reporting. Manage the G/SI marketing budget with operational rigor, including regular updates and presentations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Partner Marketing, AMER Partner Alliances, and AMER Regional Marketing teams to ensure optimized alignment and success. Leverage effective project management, budgeting, and process management skills for successful marketing initiatives. Drive continuous improvement and adaptation to marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner expectations. Must-Have Skills: Experience in marketing with G/SIs and across multiple channels (e.g., webinars, social media). Exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, demonstrating effective project management skills. Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in a fast-growth high-tech or SaaS environment is a plus. Knowledge of the G/SI landscape and partner ecosystems, preferably within the AMER region. Location: Remote, open to candidates in U.S. and Canada.
