Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Paradigm CPQ solutions, with a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of the CPQ process. As a Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing CPQ solutions that meet our clients' needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of CPQ solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring the scalability and performance of CPQ solutions.
- Oversee the integration of CPQ tools with other software systems, such as CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points within the pricing and quoting processes, offering strategic solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations, implementing improvements while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all CPQ systems, processes, and procedures.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CPQ solutions to advise stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CPQ solutions implementation or technical development roles, with a strong understanding of pricing and quoting methodologies.
- Proficiency in the Paradigm CPQ platform, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Experience in systems integration and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to guide and motivate diverse teams.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry developments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Paradigm CPQ tools such as ParadigmPlusEditor, ReportEditor, BOM Generator, Upgrader, ACE.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies, profit margins, and financial models related to quote development.
- Background in working with fenestration and manufacturing is a plus.
