Key Responsibilities:

  • Floor Presentation: You will coordinate and maintain the visual appeal of the showroom, ensuring an inviting atmosphere for customers. This involves staging merchandise and supporting daily showroom recovery.
  • Display Management: Take ownership of merchandise movement and assembly, facilitating a well-organized outlet floor.
  • Team Leadership: Lead special projects and showroom resets, inspiring teamwork and creativity.
  • Pricing and Tagging: Assist with all pricing initiatives to ensure merchandise is tagged accurately, helping to drive sales.
  • Market Trends: Perform market analysis to stay updated on trends, and communicate effective merchandising strategies to district and store leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in design or an equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
  • Exceptional creative and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of moving equipment and safety practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
