As a Senior Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by engaging with customers and showcasing brands through live events and sampling where they shop and live. You will also assist leadership with essential tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, organizing demos, and supporting the interviewing and onboarding process for new team members.

About you:

  • Comfortable interacting with customers and management in an enthusiastic, friendly manner
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Available to work 4+ days a week, including Sundays and Mondays
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for up to 6 hours
  • Willingness to prepare, cook, and maintain a clean work area and equipment
  • Have reliable transportation to and from the work location
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
  • Self-motivated with a strong inclination towards action and achieving results
  • Able to work independently while also fostering successful teamwork
  • Commitment to performing all duties with a safety-first mindset in a retail setting
