This position is based in a Medicare-certified outpatient dialysis center that is highly regarded for its attentive staff and clean facilities. While this high-volume unit occasionally faces long wait times and scheduling challenges, it consistently delivers quality care as part of a network serving patients across more than 2,500 facilities nationwide.
The Clinical Renal Manager will report directly to senior leadership while guiding a skilled team of nurses, physicians, dietitians, and social workers. Responsibilities include overseeing patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring compliance with ESRD standards, mentoring staff, managing scheduling and budgets, driving quality improvement, and fostering strong physician collaboration.
