Job Description
- Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to promote professional growth.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Projects should have:
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing healthcare construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A results-driven mindset and attention to detail.
