Job Description:
This is to request an experience Power Platform developer to assist in variety of projects. The first is to weak an existing application, moving it from Model driven to Canvas and making some corrections. We are also whiteboarding another project that will largely be a portal implementation. We currently have a small, but effective staff who will work with you. We identified the following skills as key:

Required Skills:
1. Canvas Apps Development
  • Expertise in app design, UX, responsive layouts, and delegation handling
  • Ability to build and maintain custom connectors
  • Experience: 3-5 years
2. Model-Driven Apps
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse schema design and business rules
  • Skilled in command bar customization and security role configuration
  • Experience: 3-5 years
  • Essential for building structured, data-driven enterprise applications
3. Power Pages (Formerly Portals)
  • Hands-on experience with web roles, permissions, web forms, and lists
  • Familiar with Liquid templates and multi-authentication setups (AAD & external)
  • Experience: 2-4 years
  • Experience with Dynamics Portals considered equivalent
4. Power Automate
  • Proficient in cloud flows, approvals, and advanced error-handling patterns
  • Integration experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, Outlook, and other connectors
  • Experience: 3-5 years
  • Core skill for workflow automation across business processes
5. Dataverse
  • Knowledge of table relationships, business rules, and dataflows
  • Strong understanding of the Dataverse security model
  • Experience: 3-5 years
  • Foundational skill for Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and enterprise solutions
6. Power BI (Optional but Beneficial)
  • Ability to embed Power BI in Power Apps
  • Understanding of data modeling and basic DAX
  • Experience: 1-3 years
  • Supports integrated reporting and analytics capabilities
7. Security & Governance
  • Experience implementing DLP policies and environment strategies
  • Skilled in role-based access and enterprise governance practices
  • Experience: 2-3 years
  • Crucial for scalable and secure enterprise deployments
8. Licensing & Cost Optimization
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform licensing models and tiers
  • Ability to design cost-effective architecture
  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Help prevent unnecessary premium consumption and overspending

Soft Skills & Delivery Experience
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience: 5+ years
  • Essential for leading discussions and delivering high-quality solutions
