A well-established Coastal MA Multi-Specialty Group is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team. This full-time role offers the flexibility of a four or five day work week with no nights or weekends. The practice provides a supportive and collaborative environment along with a comprehensive benefits package, making it an ideal opportunity for clinicians seeking work-life balance while delivering exceptional patient care.Job Description:

Job Function:
- Outpatient only and treat adolescents up through geriatrics.
- Work assisting a PA but also build patient panel.
- Experienced providers will join call rotation for telephonic call of 1:15 or better.
- Work out of 1 clinic in a metro area.
Job Requirement:
- BC NP or PA.
- MA medical License.
- Will consider a new grad that speaks Spanish or Portuguese.
- Experienced with 1 year of exp. preferred.
