About Us

VoyagePT is a passionate mobile pediatric physical therapy practice aiming to deliver personalized therapeutic care to children of all ages and abilities. Our services are designed to enhance comfort, support immunocompromised children, and alleviate family stress. We are excitedly expanding our team to meet the growing demand for high-quality care.

About the Role

This is a W2 pay-per-visit employee position. Enjoy the flexibility to set your own schedule while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

  • Caseload expectation: at least 15 visits/week
  • Start date: Flexible
  • Schedule: Create your own hours for an optimal work-life balance

💰 Compensation

  • Treatment Sessions: $100/visit
  • Recertification/Discharge Sessions: $125/visit
  • Evaluation Sessions: $250/visit

✅ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Comfortable treating children from infants to teens
  • Confident in handling a variety of diagnoses (e.g., autism, developmental delay, torticollis, neurological/genetic conditions)
  • Ability to travel to patients' homes in San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda, or Santa Clara County
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Meet)
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid California Physical Therapy License
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
