Client Associate

Were looking for a Client Associate who is truly service oriented and knows how to take care of people.
Responsibilities include:
- keeping management systems up-to-date with client information
- educating clients on account services and capabilities
- helping with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
- collecting the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
- planning team marketing events and maintaining marketing materials
- providing the team with a detailed calendar of activities
Your team will be working in the Cleveland Branch with a focus on managing ultra high net worth clients.
Required expertise includes:
- Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Ideally 2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
