We are currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to enhance our internal medicine services. In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with our healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care and ensure a seamless patient experience.

Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will contribute to patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, advanced practice providers, or physicians. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the health and safety of patients.
  • Documenting thorough medical histories and contributing to patient assessments.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Providing technical support to healthcare professionals.
  • Counseling patients and families on prevention and treatment plans.

You will practice within your nursing expertise, adhering to applicable age and population-specific standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Preferred: Associate's degree in practical nursing.
  • Must have completed a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience or have a minimum of 400 hours of experience as an RN or LPN in another facility.
  • Current licensure as a practical nurse in the relevant state(s).
