Your Role:

As a General Manager, you will act as the CEO of your million-dollar restaurant. You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team to success through effective performance management.
  • Fostering a culture of engagement and excitement among Team Members.
  • Managing operations to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Driving talent acquisition and people development.
  • Maintaining a focus on both internal and external customer service.

Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of successful management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably QSR.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to getting things done on time.
  • Proficient in fostering a positive team culture, monitoring engagement levels.
  • Experienced in adapting to rapidly changing work environments.
  • Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Skilled in planning, organizing, and following through on tasks.
  • A champion for work-life balance; dedicated to team development.
  • Competent in handling performance management with a focus on solutions.
  • Possess a sense of humor and the ability to lead with positivity.

Pay Range: $17.48 - $23.77
