Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Account Coordinator to support and manage client accounts with precision and care. This role plays a key part in client communication, service coordination, and ensuring smooth operations across ongoing projects. Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure excellent service and satisfaction

  • Assist in coordinating service schedules, tasks, and follow-ups

  • Support account management activities, including documentation and status updates

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality

  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation as required

  • Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all client interactions
