What You'll Do
Guide client interactions that fuel Agile project cycles.
• Dig into client needs and distill them into clear, workable designs.
• Create and polish Pega-based applications to hit project timelines.
• Diagnose issues, refine functionality, and present demos to key audiences.
• Capture stakeholder perspectives and weave them into ongoing enhancements.
• Spot opportunities for improvement and bring them to life.
• Partner with teammates to keep sprints on track and productive.

Must-Haves
• A Bachelor's degree, with a preference for tech or engineering fields.
• Three or more years of experience coding on the Pega Platform.
• Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) certification; Lead System Architect (LSA) is a plus.
• Skills in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, or other coding languages.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and break them down for action.
