Hours: Full Time — 40 hours/week

Work Type: Fully Onsite
Project Duration: 18 Months
Rate: $40 per hour

Position Overview

This role is responsible for supporting and managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on Windows Server Administration, Active Directory/Identity Management, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and third-party enterprise applications.
The position also includes responsibility for security compliance, ITIL-based operations (incident, problem, change management), and infrastructure support for mission-critical applications.

This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to maintain secure, efficient, and reliable IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Active Directory & Identity Management

  • Create, modify, and delete user accounts.
  • Manage physical and virtual domain controllers.
  • Support Azure AD and hybrid identity environments.
  • Configure and migrate Group Policies (GPO) to Intune.
  • Oversee admin rights governance.
  • Manage DHCP, DNS, and network printers.

2\. Microsoft 365 & SharePoint

  • SharePoint site administration and permission management.
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Universal Print.

3\. Server & Infrastructure Operations

  • Provision, patch, upgrade, and manage Windows Servers.
  • Handle server decommissioning.
  • Create and manage change tickets.

4\. Application Support

  • PeopleSoft: Server refreshes, migrations, and correspondence processing.
  • Documentum (ECM): Maintenance, patching, SSL certificate renewals, xCP deployments, and flex-clone processes.
  • Kofax: Server monitoring and patching.
  • Investment Systems: Infrastructure support for platforms like Aladdin and 24x7 Scheduler (batch jobs).

5\. Security & Compliance

  • Perform vulnerability management and ensure patch compliance.

6\. ServiceNow

  • Manage change, incident, and problem processes.
  • Support project tasks and maintain documentation and knowledge base entries.

Mandatory Qualification

  • 7+ years of experience providing expert-level guidance to teams and functioning at the top of the field in systems architecture or Windows server administration.

Desired Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration (2016–2025).
  • 7+ years of experience in Active Directory Administration.
  • 4+ years of experience administering Microsoft Suite/Microsoft 365.
  • 4+ years of operational experience using ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog Requests, Project Tasks).
  • 4+ years of experience in vulnerability management and patch compliance.
  • 4+ years of SharePoint Administration experience.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft or Documentum.
  • 4+ years of experience with PowerShell, API scripting, and XML.
