As a Master Trainer, you will lead GYMGUYZ Central Houston in consultations and assessments, be a catalyst for our team's continued growth, and a trusted resource for clients and staff alike. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized in-home and on-site training sessions to clients of various fitness levels
- Conduct initial assessments, educate prospective clients, and confidently close initial sales
- Design individualized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App
- Perform client reassessments and close renewal sales.
- Mentor GYMGUYZ personal trainers on the team
- Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients
- Participate in field marketing events and outreach
- Maintain appointments in scheduling app
- Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification
- Demonstrated ability to close sales in the fitness industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition
- Proven experience delivering results-driven programming to diverse clientele
- Strong leadership and mentorship mindset
- Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence and a growth mindset
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel throughout Central Houston
