Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Human Resource Management (HRM), Generative AI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to design, build, and scale next generation intelligent HR solutions. This role requires strong enterprise architecture skills to integrate AI/GenAI with Oracle HRM, Workday, payroll, ITSM, and workforce experience platforms. The Architect will also drive adoption of MCP to orchestrate multi agent and system to system AI workflows, ensuring security, compliance, and enterprise grade scalability.

Translate business use cases (recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee experience, workforce analytics) into scalable AI/MCP driven solutions.
Drive enterprise adoption of Model Context Protocol (MCP) for context aware AI interactions across HR, ITSM, and service delivery domains.
